About ePay Strategies

ePay Strategies, LLC, founded in 2001, is woman-owned, minority-owned medical billing and healthcare consulting firm.  With over 20 years experience in medical billing, health insurance, pharmaceutical reimbursement, and healthcare consulting,  we leverage our talented experts and coding knowledge to deliver the best in pharmaceutical reimbursement market research, medical claim processing, insurance follow-up and customer service.

ePay Medical Billing Service provides comprehensive billing support to a variety of healthcare providers including physician offices, therapists, home health agencies and durable medical equipment suppliers.  We greatly enhance the accuracy and speed of medical claims processing through the use of a HIPAA compliant, electronic claim processing system.

In today’s healthcare environment, the key to a successful launch of a new pharmaceutical, biotechnology or a medical device is an effective reimbursement strategy.  Providers are increasingly concerned whether newer more costly products are not only safe and effective but will be adequately reimbursement by public and private payers.  Tactical reimbursement planning conducted prior to launch typically includes an evaluation of current market trends, a review of similar products on the market, their coverage policy profile and payment history, and an analysis of existing codes (i.e., ICD-9-CM, CPT and HCPCS).   ePay is experienced in tactical projects that:

  • Identify coverage and reimbursement barriers,
  • Recommend campaigns which address barriers;
  • Submit new coding applications,
  • Create reimbursement position statements,
  • Develop reimbursement assistance programs, and
  • Prepare reimbursement education materials and sales/marketing tools.

ePay Healthcare Consulting offers reimbursement consulting services to product managers, marketing teams, outside consulting firms and government contractors. In addition, we provide coding and billing consultation to improve reimbursement and practice efficiencies.
